Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tiny Trailblazers (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Tiny Trailblazers is

Tiny Trailblazers is a discovery and booking platform that connects families with independent third-party activity providers (classes, camps and events). We are not the providerof the activities listed. Any class, enquiry, booking, payment, refund or cancellation is a transaction between you and the provider (or the provider’s own booking system), subject to their terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized to enter a child's information.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the child information you enter and for deciding whether an activity is suitable and safe for your child.

Listings & accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that details such as schedules, prices, ages or availability are complete or current. Always confirm the details directly with the provider before you rely on them.

Bookings, payments & cancellations

Where the Service lets you book or enquire, that transaction is fulfilled by the provider or their booking platform, under their pricing, payment, cancellation and refund policies. Tiny Trailblazers does not collect payment for the activities and is not responsible for a provider’s performance, refunds, or cancellations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, copy or resell listings or other content except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The Service, including our name, logo, design and original content, belongs to Tiny Trailblazers and is protected by law. Provider names, logos and listing content belong to the respective providers. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any provider or activity, and we make no guarantee about their quality, safety or suitability. You use the Service and choose activities at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Trailblazers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from an activity, provider, or your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tiny Trailblazers harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with a provider.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
