Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Tiny Trailblazers (“we,” “us”) helps parents and guardians discover and book children’s classes, camps and events, matched to their child. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and services (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information you give us, such as your name and email address, and a password (stored only in a hashed form - we never store it in plain text).
- Child profile information you enter, such as a child’s first name, age range, interests, preferred areas and times, and optional development check-in answers. You provide this as the parent or guardian.
- Activity you take on the Service, such as classes you save, enquiries or bookings you start, and preferences you set.
- Device and usage data collected automatically, such as your browser type, general location, and how you navigate the Service, via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- Match and recommend classes, events and providers to your child, and power your saved list and weekly schedule.
- Complete and support the enquiries or bookings you begin with providers.
- Send you the emails you have opted into (such as a digest or activity alerts) - you control these in Profile → Notifications.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service.
- Comply with the law and enforce our terms.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for parents and guardians who are 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and children may not create accounts or use it directly. Any information about a child is provided by their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with an activity provider when you choose to enquire or book with them, so they can respond and serve your family;
- with service providers that run parts of the Service for us (for example hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations;
- for legal reasons, such as to comply with law, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Your choices & rights
- Email preferences: turn any email on or off in Profile → Notifications, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- Access, correct or delete: you can edit or remove child profiles at any time, and you can email us to request access to or deletion of your account information.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us to exercise them.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
The Service links out to providers’ own websites and booking systems. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
